职位描述: Job description
1. 负责行政与助理方面日常事务；
（包括筹备会议、会议记录、报销事宜、日程及行程安排等）
Plays an Administration staff role to deal with Administration routine works and provide secretarial support
（including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handle the reimbursement issues, diary, calendar and travel arrangements, etc. ）
2. 负责部门文档管理
Responsible for file management and documentation in the department
3. 相关的与客户、其他部门及总部同事的沟通联络事宜
Related liaison and communications with clients, different departments and Home Office
4. 活动的组织与协调
Event coordination or organization
5. 其他事项
Other tasks involved.

要求：Requirements:
1. 本科或以上学历
Bachelor’s Degree or above
2. 优秀的英语口头表达及书写能力（英语六级或以上）
Good / Excellent English language skills, both in oral and written (CET-6 and above)
3. 熟练使用个人电脑技术，包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc..
4. 较强的文字撰写能力，良好的沟通协调能力及处理应对事件的能力
Competent writing skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving and issues dealing skills
5. 待人诚实可靠，工作积极主动，认真负责，有团队意识，并能在多任务与强压下开展工作
Honest and reliable, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized, with team spirit, able to prioritize and multi-task, work under pressure
