The project manager plan and manage projects, making sure they are completed on time and within budget.

He could work on almost any kind of size of project. The project manager would usually be office-based, but may spend some time attending meetings or visiting contractors and/or suppliers, visiting construction sites on a regular basis. Some projects may involve travel and spending time away.

Responsibilities :

- leadership role which plans, budgets, co-ordinates, monitors and controls the operational parties and others, for the achievement of the project as client expectation
- organization of documents for work start
- organization of time schedules in all the process and decide the priority of the projects
- elaboration of work phases for the completion of the projects (site work included)
- study and discuss with technician and operation manager for all product details and requirements
- manage and organize other parties involved on the projects (contractors)
- site visits,quality control and job site report

Skills:

- Bachelor Degree in interior design or similar field
- Min. 4 to 7 years experience
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Great attention to details
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of budget control
- Good Ability to work with others and lead a team
- Good understanding of business
- Technical skills relevant
- Good office-software skills and AutoCAD
