职位描述
- Responsible for the office operations, office file management, organize the related infrastructure to develop an effective working environment.
- Liaison with vendors, suppliers, customers, headquarters and other branch offices
- Business trip organization. Flight and train tickets booking, hotel reservation, taxi, car arrangement.
- Be responsible for the cash stored in the office. In charge of staff reimbursement and expense. Liaise with outsourced financial company regarding company finance and tax issues.
- Office license renewal, government required files preparation. The application and extension of working VISA and residence permit of foreign employees
- Daily accounting plus condition with outsourced accountant for petty cash expenses.
- Organize meetings ,visits, select suppliers in China
- Possible trips for quality checking/supervising the shipment of goods
REQUIREMENTS:
- University education
- Minimum 3 years office administration relevant working, knowledge of foreign Rep. office
- Strong communicational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English, French a plus
- proficient in computer skills, specifically in MS Office
- be patient, honest and trustworthy, Well organized and detail-minded
