主要职责

·Basic trouble shooting of dyno, ECU or get support from service department.

排除简单的台架、ECU故障或联系服务部门。

·Trouble shooting for problem fixture and trial assembly, data review on dyno during running, TR review.

有问题的夹具检查，试装，台架数据检查, 测试需求检查。

·Daily work arrangement for technicians

技术员日常工作安排和排班

·On-site 5S management，compile on-site work instruction.

现场5S管理和现场作业指导书编制。

·Review/coach technician skill，monthly performance review of technicians.

检查/培训技术员的操作技能，技术员绩效考评。

·Communicate with consumables supplier，fixture supplier with purchase request and sourcing of consumables.

低值易耗品供应商联系，夹具供应商联系，现场消耗品申购与采购。

·Use of limited resources to maximize the effective output，equipment maintenance to long life cycle.

用有限资源最大化有效产出，设备维护力求长的生命周期。

技能要求

·Bachelor degree.

全日制本科学历。

·Good communication with otherdepartments. 与各个部门良好的沟通能力。

·Good customer interface and relationship management skills.

良好的客户关系管理技巧。

·Good skill in Excel such as how to use formula to calculate, it will be PLUS to understand how make embedding formula to achieve calculation purpose.

良好的Excel使用技能，如熟练使用公式计算，最好能懂得公式嵌套使用达到计算的目的。
