Position: Site Supervisor

Job description:

The main role of the Site Supervisor is to undertake time planning and controlling activities in one or more projects according to NNE Pharmaplan and international standards. This means:
* Produce Supervision plans according to the requirements in the QCP.
* Ensure the Contractors are thoroughly briefed regarding all safety rules and regulations related to the work to be performed. The supervisor will support the projects Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
* Bridge the gap between QC performed by the 3rd party supervision company and Client expectations (International clients expecting high international standard regarding construction and finish).
* Review project specifications, project schedules, and seeks technical clarifications from discipline engineers as necessary.
* Relief cover for Construction Manager.

Qualification:

* MSc or BSc in site supervision or another relevant field of management/ engineering discipline.
*Minimum 5 years of construction site experience in Constructor Supervision and project execution.
*Extensive knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards in design & construction.
* Understanding of "High international standard".
* Good documentation skills.
* Fluent English and Chinese, both oral and written.
