Office Management
As you will be working in the Operation Department, we are expecting your excellence of speaking to both people and money.

- You are a cheerful person and know how to put smiles on and greet people.
Visitors and staff will find the office comfortable and amiable, and you are the one to take credits for!

- You will make Must’s office like home. Keep things in order and make it a clean and fun office.
* Reorder the shooting equipments in the office after a fun shoot with the advice from the production team, take care of the keys to the equipments and to the office.
* Manage the cleaning person and the studio maintenance.
* Archiving documents, e.g. Contracts, quotations, invoices etc.

- You are proficient with office skills.
* Handle the mail and phone call professionally
* Manage the deliveries for the office
* Office daily work, e.g. Photocopies, scans

- You are an organizer. Must likes to have both fun and serious meetings and activities.
* Arrange the transportation, accommodation and supplies for activities
* Manage office necessities
* Kitchen food supplies, sharp eye on coffee and tea supply, and make the mugs and cups present themselves nice and neat
* Manage the “Monday Meeting Breakie”, buy breakfast for Monday meeting and let’s start a fresh week

Native Chinese speaker, with good written and spoken English skills, communicative

General office skills, e.g. Excel, Word, email etc
