公司日常访客接待，来电转接
Daily visitors receiving, calls transferring;
展厅日常维护、维修，保持展厅 & 仓库整洁有序
Daily showroom maintance, keep the showroom and warehouse clean and tidy;
日常快件收发，货品收发，并登记在系统中
Daily posts receiving & releasing, and make record in system;
与英国定期更新国定假日，邮件通知员工，告知放假和上班时间安排
Regularly update national holidays to our British head office, email staff the arrangement of holiday and working time;
定期制作员工考勤表
Regularly manage and review staff attendance;
员工入职或离职安排
Responsible for staff enrolling and resign process;
公司档案管理
Responsible for the company files;
备用金管理，安排员工差旅，公司日常采购，库存查验
Manage petty cash, staff travel, daily purchase, inventory check;
安排统计员工的绩效考核
Count staff’s performance appraisal;
计算员工的工资，并发放
Calculate and pay staff’s wages;
日常购买物品的付款，日常的账单付费，员工报销的审核发放，以及进出帐的查询
Responsible for daily payment, including purchasing, bills, reviewing employee reimbursements, account in and out;
销售报表的更新
Update sales report;
开具销售所需的发票
Issue invoice according to salesperson requirements;
良好的英文沟通能力
Good English skills. CET 6;
