Responsibilities:

- E-logbook handling

- Deal with daily Import & Export business as materials import, sample and repair parts for export and all other aspects of customs

- International forwarder management, responsible for freight cost control and forwarder service management

- Optimize logistics solutions in daily work

- Coordinate and communicate with other functions such as planning, warehouse, purchasing, production, etc.

- Comply with company logistics policy and procedure

- Keep good relationship with government and customs

- Other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

- Education background: college or above in International Business, Logistics or related

- Solid import/export knowledge and 3-5 years working experience in a multinational company. Previous experience with machinery industry preferred

- Familiar with import/export practice and procedure. Good understanding of China customs clearance related policy and regulations

- Good command of English in both oral & written

- Good PC skill in Microsoft office applications, familiar with EPR system (SAP preferred)

- Team spirit, good communication and negotiation skill

- Integrity, self-driven, responsible, and able to perform under pressure
