Duties and Responsibilities: 职务和责任
- Closely work together with project managers/leaders to discuss the technical issues at the beginning of project kick off. Assist the project manager/leaders to identify the potential risks on techniques and quality
项目启动初期与项目经理/组长紧密合作，共同讨论技术问题。 协助项目经理/组长识别技术和质量上的潜在问题。
- Discuss with suppliers on technical and quality requirements of our products
与供应商共同探讨产品的技术及质量要求
- Work together with supplier to work out the control plan according to the requirements from drawings and specifications from oversea plants
根据国外工厂的图纸和技术要求，与供应商共同制定控制计划
- Carry out 100% inspection before the sample leaving China
样品发货前进行100%检验
- Responsible for outgoing inspection at supplier site while the project starts mass production
项目批产时，负责在供应商工厂做出厂检验
- To lead supplier improvement on technology and quality, help supplier reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ), upgrade the supplier quality level accordingly.
引领供应商技术及质量改进，并帮助供应商降低不良质量成本

Qualifications: 资格条件
- More than 5 year's related design or quality control experience in three phase asynchrony motor. Supplier quality control experience is plus.
在电机方面有5年设计或质量控制经验；如果有供应商质量控制经验更佳
- Be familiar with the manufacture process of motor，and skillfully use various of inspection instruments and gages, familiar with inspection methods.
熟悉电机生产制造过程, 熟练使用各种检验工具、量具及检验方法
- Fluent in English on both reading and writing, and listening and speaking are preferred.
流利的英语读写能力，如果听说能力佳者优先
- Willingness & ability to work diligently under pressure, can frequently travel.
工作压力下能够积极努力工作，能够经常出差
