Job Description工作职责
Implement HR processes and tools.
实施HR流程、方法和工具。
Implement local HR policies in line with local laws and legislation and put forward improving suggestions.
遵循当地法律法规，实施相关的HR政策并提出改进和优化建议。
Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels and provide advice when appropriate on any HR related issue; meanwhile, actively involve in the employee community, acquire the training or other HR level needs of employee and follow up when necessary.
建立、保持和各级员工的良好工作关系，并在处理相关人力资源事务时，向他们提供咨询; 积极融入员工, 了解员工培训及其他人力资源层面需求, 并跟进实施。
Staffing management: follow up the staffing related issue, e.g. employee enrollment, employee exit management, new employee first day orientation, probation evaluation and contract renewal, leave management, personnel files establishment and maintenance and so on.
员工事务管理：员工入职、员工离职管理,完成员工入职介绍, 试用期管理及合同续签, 年假管理, 协调建立和维护员工档案等。
Compile and submit the related HR reports when requested and analysis when necessary (e.g. monthly recruiting report, monthly O-chart update etc.).
在必要时汇编并递交相关的HR报告，以支持上级对相关数据收集和分析的需求(例如：月度招聘报告，月度组织架构图更新等)。
