? Audit suppliers, forwarders, Elaborate, review, check and communicate QA related documents (reports, specifications, etc.) 40%
? Handle customer complaints and deviation problems related to QA 20%
? Support LMRA (local manager Regulatory Affair), set up and standardize local QA process, guarantee full compliance of all goods, integrated with regional/global QA and whole RA system 15%
? Conduct simple HSE and registration work which is assigned by supervisor 15%
? Collaborate with sourcing for shipment arrangement (e.g. stop shipments that do not comply with agreed specifications and regulations) 10%
? 2 years’ experience of QMS system set up or QMS project experience
? Good communication skills both for internal and outside of company (e.g. supplier, customer)
? Multi-cultural thinking and understanding; Capable work in matrix structure
? Quick learner; Good team player and require travel frequently (20%)
? Mandarin and English both fluent
? PC Skills
