Role & Responsibilities
- Liaising with the finance team in Paris and HK and the external accounting and law firms;
- Preparing the cash flows forecast
- Researching and preparing ad hoc financial analysis
- Develop and manage internal project management tracking system
- Maintaining organized filing system for key company documents
- Chasing accounts receivables and responding to accounts payable queries
- Assisting in the development of client project budgets
- Preparing payments paperwork for supplier payments, staff salary and reimbursements
- Liaising with tax bureau regarding VAT, IIT and other tax issues
- Keeping and managing the usage of office petty cash
- Attention on other finance matters
- Support in general office administrative tasks

Requirements
- From 2 -5 years relevant experience, preferably with an international firm ;
- University graduates in Finance, accounting;
- Qualified certificate will be considered as a plus;
- Fluent English language capacities, can speak to Paris office for finance issues;
- Good computer and software skills (PPT, Word, Excel, et.) and able to work under a computerized accounting environment;
- Trustworthy, responsible and willing to learn;
- Easy to communicate, team-spirited and can build good relationship with staff
- Adaptable, flexible with mature attitude.

Additional comments
- 6-7 months’ contract position ;
- Location: Shanghai.
