Requirement:

FMCG background is highly preferred.
Preferred experience in market research>1 year.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
Bachelor degree or above.


Position Focus:
The Senior Analyst reports to Leader of Market Insights through combination of research analysis, assisting consulting projects, producing written report or decks and delivering insightful contents to clients. The Senior Analyst should have skills, knowledge and capabilities to effectively perform as both a member of the team as well as an independent contributor.


Key Accountabilities:
Strong research skills with effective use of research methods and analytical capabilities -collect, analyze and interpret data and information.
Produce daily/ weekly retailer news briefs and keep track of key retailers’ market performances, trend development and 5 year forecast.
Provide insights in retail market evolution, retail landscape, channel development, forecast, opportunity and trend through writing report, producing deck and client presentation.
Analytical thinking to draw conclusions and implications based upon certain topics, relevant trends and patterns.
Be competent to deliver presentation towards broad audience through Webinar and Public event.
Assist organizing the public forum and event as one of the team’s offer.
Assist consulting projects in areas of research, data analysis and channel/retailer evaluation and assessment.
