Position: 销售代表 渠道/分销专员 销售工程师 EDG Outside Sales(FSE/DSM)

Job description/responsibility

Under direction, plans, manage and participate in all sales activities in a geographically determined sales district. Be responsible for the overall sales programs for assigned product lines to attain sales and gross margin goals for the district. This position could have some project or managerial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct customer sales calls for maximizing sales within the district.
2. Direct telemarketing for prospecting new and inactive customers.
3. Expedite, review complaints and suggestion relative to customers and products.
4. Coordinate activities with inside sales, sales associates, customer service, product managers, and credit.
5. Analyze and evaluate sales and the performance of customers in relation to forecasts, quota and potential.
6. Analyze and evaluate expenses with respect to budget, and expenditures and overall district performance.
7. Keep informed on market changes and trends relating to products in the industry and report these to Product Managers and superiors.
8. Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and seminars as required and assigned.
9. Prepare and submit all required reports, expenses, projections and budgets in a timely manner.

Basic requirement:
1. Bachelor degree for electronics science/technology.
2. More than 5 years sales experience in a technical product line.
3. Thorough knowledge of the products, product applications, price, plant facilities and capabilities.
4. Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and methods.
5. Fluent English for both writing and speaking.
6. Responsible, self disciplined, and good time management
7. Extensive travel is required
