职位描述
Position: 激光销售 Laser Sales
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for achieving established Sales, margin and inventory goals for laser tubes and consumables in China.
2. Implement strategies to promote and sell laser tubes and consumables in China, following Management guidelines.
3. Ensure proper communication of laser product features and benefits to customers and internally to all Sales employees.
4. Coordinate, schedule and contract service dealers and use existing resources at REL and Powerlink for:
? Installation and service at laser end users, especially for RF tubes, parts in and around the RF generator, maintenance, as well as laser consumables,
? Resolution of technical machine and operational problems,
? Troubleshooting and Training
5. Promote and close sales of laser tubes and consumables, by visiting customers with other Sales employees and/or Service partners as required.
6. Report technical conditions and market information from the field.
7. Work together with Telemarketer to develop Marketing actions leading to achieve growth of known installed base, acquiring new customers and promoting REL laser products.
8. Provide phone support to assist customers.
9. Support other service initiatives to Industrial customers as required.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in sales of competitive aftermarket parts for industrial equipment (preferably industrial lasers)
2. Engineer with business/ sales/ customer service experience –or- Business degree and technically savvy/curious/fast learner
3. Strong communication skills, analytical/detail oriented, persistent to follow-up and follow-through.
4. Work as required with minimum or no supervision.
5. Travel up to 50% to customer’s facilities under the direction of his supervisor.
