Responsibilities / 职责：
- Sound knowledge in construction industry especially for floor product
- 熟悉建筑行业、特别是地板产品知识
- Daily contact with our key account client and support them to get the orders
- 日常联系我们的重点客户提供支持以获得订单
- Strong emphasis on further sales development for Lindner flooring products in China/Asia
- 进一步强化林德纳地板产品在中国乃至亚洲的销售
- Comprehension of technical challenges and technical support our key account and to the Lindner sales force in China / Asia
- 技术难题的理解,对林德纳重点客户以及中国乃至亚洲销售团队的技术支持
- Regular reporting to Flooring Division in Germany（i.e.Arnstorf and Dettelbach）
- 定期向德国-地板部门汇报(如：阿恩斯托夫和代特尔巴赫)
- Regular update the projects in the Oxiaon system
- 定期在OXIAON 系统更新项目进展
- Work closely with the internal and external logistics department to follow the orders properly
- 紧密配合物流部门和物流公司，确保订单的日常运作
- Experience in dealing directly with owners and contractors
- 与业主及承包商直接处理事务的工作经验
- Experience in tender process
