1.At the end of each month all running projects should be checked to find out whether there are not invoiced costs of more than ? 25,000.

2.To check regularly whether there are projects with unpaid invoices of more than ? 50,000.00.

3.At the beginning of the project, the project coordinator has to check whether Lindner Finanz GmbH confirms the necessary limit for this client.

在每个项目开始的时候，项目管理人必须与林德纳总部的财务部进行确认，这个客户的信用额度范围。

4.Before signing the contract the guarantee texts have to be examined. All important data concerning guarantees is administrated in the guarantee administration tool in Oxaion.

在签订合同之前，关于质保的相关文字必须进行检查。所有关于质保的总要数据必须在Oxaion质保管理工具中进行管理。

5.There should be regular meetings with the Head of a branch / division.

与各个分公司的主管定期举行会议。

6.After the BAB the Project Managers have to check their project accounts.

项目经理在BAB之后，必须在每个月的月底进行项目账目的检查。

7.During the period between the finished project account verification and the next BAB the Commercial Manager has to look at the results of the verification and to arrange for the necessary adjustments to be done.

在项目账目检验结束和下一个BAA之间的这段时间，项目管理人必须要寻找出检验的结果，并且需要安排如何对检验结果进行必要的调整。

8.Regular control of Oxaion utilization.

Oxaion软件的日常控制。

Qualifications Request / 任职要求:

1.Graduate from University of Construction management, Engineering, Construct etc.

施工管理、工程、建筑等相关专业本科或以上学历。

2.At least three years work experience in foreign invested company.

至少三年以上外资公司相关工作经验。

3.Be good at English.

英语熟练。

4.Ability to assert oneself.

坚持原则。

5.Ability to cooperate with other services and departments of the company.

能和其他部门友善协作。

6.Be prudent and conscious, strong responsibility and sense of time, finish work within required time.

谨慎和细心，有强烈的工作责任心和时间概念，能在规定的时间内完成交待的工作。

7.Good communication, be honest and sober.

有良好的沟通能力，诚实稳重。

8.Good team-work spirit, accept high pressure and handle urgent work.

有团队合作精神，能面对工作压力并且妥当处理紧急事件。</
