Position: Assistant of product & supply chain director
职位:产品供应链总监助理
Principal Missions:
主要工作:
-Organize meetings, take notes and send summary to attendees.
-组织会议,会议记录并发送会议总结给所有参会者。
-Assist product leaders to build product range: give advices about category selection, retail price redaction… Understand supplier strategy, contact suppliers if needed, and update all information from suppliers (new collection, new quotation…); Order sampling, follow purchase orders and confirm the delivery information.
-协助产品经理创建产品线:在选择产品和定价时提供意见,理解供应商策略,需要时联系供应商,更新供应商产品报价信息;负责产品打样,跟单和产品到货信息确认。
-Check supplier’s contract, combine all the information about supplier and product.
-检查供应商合同,整合所有产品和供应商信息。
-Arrange and save important paper and electronic files (purchase contract, purchase orders…).
-整理和保存所有纸质和电子文件(采购合同,订单合同。。。)
-Input supplier and product data in the system, place orders with the confirmation of product leaders.
-输入系统供应商和产品信息,在产品经理确认后,输入和生成采购订单。
-In charge of control the sample room of the company: receive and inventory products, follow product’s movement; Responsibility for arrange and assure product are in good status.
-负责公司样品间的整理和管理:接收和清点样品,清楚每件样品的位置;负责整理和确保样品不受损坏。
-Participate in the product shooting project: prepare product list for every shooting program, transport products to photo studio, communicate with studio about photo request, follow the shooting process and validate final photo if needed.
-参与产品拍摄项目:为每次产品拍摄准备产品清单,负责产品安全运送到摄影棚,和摄影师沟通产品拍摄要求,跟拍并且在需要时确认最终照片。
-Receive final photo from photography, classify photo and transfer to IT department for launching new photo in our official website; Inform sales team the new product launch time.
-接收产品最终照片,整理命名后发送给IT部门确保产品及时上线并且通知销售运营部新产品的上线时间。
-Salesperson in shop (half-day per week).
-每周半天在店铺做销售员。
-Support sales team to do shop merchandising work if needed.
-需要时帮助销售运营部做店铺陈列工作。
-Do market research about home decoration product; propose advice and suggestion during product development and the redaction of retail price.
-做家居产品方面的市场调查,在产品开发和最终定价时提供有效建议。
-Study and research new information about the E-commerce trends and development in China, offer advice for improving company official website.
-研究和搜索中国电子商务发展趋势方面的信息,为优化公司官网提供建议。
-Translate documents in English or in Chinese if needed.
-需要时做文件的中英文翻译工作。
- Additional tasks assigned by director.
-完成总监安排的其他相关工作。
-Administration work: check all the documents for Director (payment request, chop request, travel request, expense report…) before signature.
-行政工作:检查过滤总监需要签字的文件(付款单,敲章申请,员工报销。。。)
Essential Education, Experience and Interests:

-Bachelor degree with 1-3 years experience related merchandising or general retail
-本科毕业有1-3年采购零售经验
-Able to identify creative alternative solutions to solve problems and meet product objectives in quality, delivery and price.
-遇到问题,在确保产品质量,价格和配送要求的同时有能力寻找不同的解决方案。
-Understanding of home deco market, with basic production knowledge.
-了解家居市场,有基本的制造产业知识。
-Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative. Takes ownership.
-有强迫感和责任感,工作有激情有动力。
-Good negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price. Good experience in using component costing
-具备和供应商关于产品和定价的谈判能力,
-Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures.
-适应在多文化团队中工作。
-Excellent problem solving skills.
-很好的解决各种问题的能力。
-Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
-使用基本办公软件:MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
-Excellent command of English and local language. Good communication skills
-中英文流利,沟通能力强。
-French is a plus
