岗位职责

1、熟悉建筑外墙保温、涂料以及装饰系统工程的施工与工艺流程；

2、协助业务部门负责项目前期工作包括制作技术标书以及选材、调色、制作样板以及技术咨询等方案工作。

3、负责项目现场总体协调配合，制定施工方案、掌握施工进度，妥善处理各方之间的关系；

4、负责协调、组织解决施工现场出现的问题。

任职资格

1、工民建、建筑工程管理专业大专以上学历；

2、3年以上建筑工程现场项目管理和工程技术服务的实践经验；

3、能熟练运用 CAD软件，能够独立编制项目工程进度计划、工程成本目标和资金预算以及一定的图纸深化能力；

4、有二级建造师证书者优先；

5、具有良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；
6、积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心。
