Title: Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

· Manage project development on eCommerce solution, web application, website, RIA etc.

· Gather and understand client project requirements.

· Develop project plan including project milestones definition, timing and resource needs.

· Lead the project by coordinating with Clients, Account team and Creative team, and manage different internal resources, mainly technical and design and tester, to deliver the project.

· Monitor project progress proactively; foresee project or resource risks and provide solutions. Escalates issues appropriately.

· Enforce proper project change control on the course of the project.

· Well estimate and gauge resource allocation throughout the project process.

· Ensure all projects are delivered timely and in good quality.

· Carry out project review after closure.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree holder in computer science or related discipline.

· Good command in both written and spoken business English communication besides reading and listening.

· At least 5 years of software project management, web application oriented experience is required, and eCommerce oriented experience is a plus.

· In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience of project management in general, develop project plan, communication plan and so on.

· Good understanding of eCommerce, Web Application, Website and RIA development process

· Understand SDLC and software engineering methodologies, e.g. agile, waterfall and alike, and SCRUM based project management experience is required.

· Able to grasp client's requirements quickly, and able to create effective, well-structured functional requirement, technical, business and process documentation that meets the standards of the Company and the client.

· Presentable and a good communicator.

· Exposure to Java-based solutions project is a must; knowledge on PHP, .Net, Flash is a plus.

· PMP qualification is a plus.
