The Project Operation Manager is responsible for coordination of project proposals, elaboration and finalization of contracts, the process of contract signing and contract handover, execution of contracts and contract enforcement. He/she needs to understand acquisition projects and has to produce project proposals with the supporting of related departments. He/she communicates internally with departments, and externally with clients and third parties about project related matters. He/she is at all times informed about the status and progress of projects and filing all the important materials about the projects. The Project Operation Manager reports to CEO.

Responsibilities:

Daily:
-Communicate with clients and teams.
-Update project journals.
-Update project overview.
-Discuss project matters with relevant personal.
-Follow up project payments.
-Check that deliverables are up to contract terms.
-Join relevant meeting with clients.
- Collect and compile project information.


Weekly:
-Summary FTEs for each project and file a report.
-Coordinate proposals with board.
-Coordinate contract negotiations.
-Handover project contracts to project teams.
-Update project schedules according to ongoing developments.
-Get back to clients about ongoing developments and changes.

Monthly
-Update and review project operation library.
-Check and confirm all payments with CFO.
-Assist the Project Operation Manager to write final project reports for closed projects.


Requirements:

- Around 5 years relevant working experience in business operation or project administration.
- Fluent in Chinese and English in writing and speaking
- Education background or with working experience in architecture, urban planning, or engineering is preferred
- Familiar with the architecture design process, has working experience in project operation or management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Be familiar with Office software; can use CAD, InDesign software is an advantage
- Has a strong work commitment and can work independently
