PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Play a role in handling daily operation and increasing the efficiency and quality of C&B, Staffing (exclude recruitment), Performance Management, Employee relations and other relevant functions, with direct supervision by Assistant Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compensation and Benefits
- In charge of the operation of payroll calculation and payment process (both local and expats).
- Assistant supervisor in C&B programs like: Internal Audit, Performance Management, HRIS program, market C&B survey, annual budget, salary review etc.
- Consolidate China regular reporting and ensure data highly quality and timely submitting.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system whenever there are changes including new hires, employee leaving and any other data changes required in the system.
- Implement the processes of employee registration, exit, contract renew, probation assessment and other related HR processes to ensure complete on time and within established standard and keep continuous improvement.
- Collect C&B information market practices (regional social insurance policies; government regulations) and maintain a good relationship with relative local government officers and supplier.
2. Administer Performance Appraisal
- Assist the staffs finish the performance appraisal (KRA Setting, mid-year review and year end appraisal).
- Facilitate the communication with staff on Performance Appraisal issue.

- Support other HRA staff’s work
- Leverage resources and coordinate with other functional teams to support each other if needed
REQUIRMENTS
Education
- Bachelor Degree (major in Human Resource or relevant discipline is a plus)
Job related experience
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience, with a background working for multinational corporations highly desired
Knowledge
- Well-known on government social insurance and housing fund policies
- Good understanding on local labor law & government regulations
Skills
- Experience in operating HRIS, good sense of HRIS data maintenance & system improvement
- Responsible and able to handle multi-tasking at the same time
- Good communication skill both in English & Mandarin
- Strong PC skills, especially strong in Excel
Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated, honest, hardworking and able to work under pressure and resolve conflicts
- Service oriented, detailed oriented , strong sense of confidentiality& responsibility
- Team player and problem solver with good communication and interpersonal skills
