工作职责：

1.处理公司日常会计工作及报表；
2.管理会计凭证、帐册、报表等财会资料的收集、汇编、归档等；
3.根据要求，协助团队完成各类财务报表；

4.参与和银行相关业务的发展；

5.负责外汇管理及融资理财；

6.参与制定公司业务管理流程及各项制度的建立；

7.协助完成包括并购、分公司设立与监管等项目；

8.执行公司年度预算的计划与执行；

9.联系外部审计人员、金融机构及相关专业人员。

薪资待遇：月薪8,000 - 10,000人民币，缴纳社保，补充商业医疗保险，年度健康体检，报销手机通讯费。

Purpose of position:
1.Responsible for handling daily accounting work and report;

2.Responsible for the management of accounting documents, account books, statements and other accounting data collection, compilation, filing etc.;

3.Manage the generation and arrangement various types of financial statements;

4.Develop and maintain banking relationship;

5.Responsible for the foreign exchange transaction and reserve management;

6.Responsible for establishing the company internal management process and company system;

7.Assist with company’s projects involving M&A, and the setup and monitoring of subsidiaries;

8.Plan and execute company’s annual budget compliance

9.Liaise with external auditors，financial institutions and professionals.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 3 years working experience in related field and scope.

2.Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university

3.Certification and familiarity with finance/accounting systems.

4.Good communication and planning skill.

5.Innovative with capacity to learn new skills and ability to work under pressure.

6. Minimum of CET 6 for English

7.Individuals with interests to stay in Shanghai or with residency in Shanghai will be given priority

8.Agreeable to moderate business travel and entertainments

Salary RMB 8,000 - 10,000 depend on working experience,supplementary commercial medical insurance, annual physical examination,and mobile communication costs can be reimbursed.
