工作职责：

1.共同管理天然橡胶产品的人民币风险交易组合

2.保证健全的风险管理和橡胶交易账户的人民币盈利能力

3.为公司在中国的风险暴露拟定交易策略

4.与销售团队一起发展和维持与大客户和供应商之间的良好合作关系

5.引导分析师的市场调研方向和内容

6.与财务部协调外汇交易和投资储备

7.协助公司在中国进行工厂企业并购的项目及子公司的设立进程

职位要求：
1.三年以上天然橡胶或其它商品的交易和策略设定经验
2.知名大学本科以上学历
3.具备较强的抗压能力
4.大学英语六级以上
5.可接受适度出差
6.一年以上的管理或团队领导经验

薪资待遇：月薪20,000 - 30,000人民币，缴纳社保，补充商业医疗保险，年度健康体检，报销手机通讯费。

Responsibilities:

1.Co-manage the RMB risk trading portfolio for natural rubber commodity

2.Ensure sound risk-management and the profitability of RMB rubber trading portfolio

3.Develop trading strategy for company’s risk exposures in China

4.Work with sales teams to develop and maintain relationship with institutional customers and suppliers

5.Lead analysts on market research direction and content

6.Co-ordinate with finance departments for foreign exchange transaction and investments of reserves

7.Assist with company’s projects for factory M&A in China and subsidiary’s setup processes

Requirements:

1.Minimum 3 years of experience in the trading or strategy setting of natural rubber or other commodities

2.Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university

3.Ability to work under pressure

4.CET 6 English certified

5.Agreeable to moderate business travel

6.Minimum 1 year of managerial or team-leading experience

Salary RMB 20,000 - 30,000 depend on working experience,supplementary commercial medical insurance, annual physical examination,and mobile communication costs can be reimbursed.
