Business Development Manager- Aftermarket China (备件销售经理)
(based in Beijing/ Shanghai)
Summary of the job:
This is a newly created position. You are required to develop and implement strategies to capture and expand Spare parts备件 , Consumable and service products sales according to organization’s short and long term goals and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Meet/ Exceed assigned quarterly and yearly sales target
? To increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distribution
? Execute market and segment growth strategy
? Identify new markets
? Provide information and intelligence for new products and solutions
? Provide customer and channel relationship management
? Interact constructively and well with others across functional lines of responsibility
? Minimum 50% face-to-face customer contact in support of key accounts sales strategy and tactics.
Qualifications:
? Minimum a degree in Engineering/Chemistry or equivalent
? At least 10 years of working experience within market segment/ industry
? Possess selling experience in B2B environment
? Possess excellent negotiation & presentation skills
? Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all parties at all time
? Ability to resolves problems in a timely manner
? Ability to gather and analyzes information skillfully
? Ability to analyze customer purchasing history and future needs
? Must be Sales Orientated and be able to act independently and exceed individual and company goal
? Ability to manage difficult and emotional customers professionally
? Ability to speak and to read English and Chinese is mandatory.
? Excellent interpersonal skills needed to deal with wide range of individuals
? Competent in MS Office
? Must be organized, multi-tasking & work alone
? Able to work under tight deadline and under great pressure
? Candidate must be physically fit and willing to travel when needed
