职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Defines and proposes Telco’s annual central tender pricing bidding strategy to maximize fiber market share/profitability in China region
- Defines and implements annual pricing guidance for spot market
- Defines and proposes internal fiber transfer price by working with US pricing team and relevant PLMs.
- Managers MCO process by closely working with cable commercial team to maximize fiber pull-through sales.
- Participates annual short team and long term budgeting process by providing pricing forecast for all fiber products.
- Participates merchant cabler long term supply agreement discussion and provides inputs on agreed upon pricing proposal
- Collects and analyzes competitive intelligence on competitive pricing data points.
- Supports marketing and strategy project work as required
- Works across matrix organization and effectively manage relationships to coordinated routine reports and projects.
Education & Experience
- MBA or equivalent degree is strongly preferred
- Fluency in English including writing, speaking and listening
Required Skills
- 5 years or above working experience with MNCs
- Telecom equipment industry working experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills in working in a cross-functional, multi-location team environment.
- Experience in strategy, BD, commercial, product management is a plus
- Work experience in consulting firm is a plus
Desired Skills
- Experience in participating/leading complex projects with track record in successful project management
- Ability to present a point of view or position with the supporting data/logic and candor…be able to defend recommendation while under strong pushback from others
- Can fluently work with PowerPoint to create executive level presentations

- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned projects
- Competitive and willing to work hard to achieve business results
- Intercultural skills and experience
- Ability to collaborate across function by working in matrix organization; have ability to build consensus without formal positional authority
