严格遵照食品准备及制作方法、分量和装饰的要求，以确保食物是按预先设计而制作的。
Obeys methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
保持厨房的干净整洁及严格遵守酒店的卫生标准。
Keeps kitchen tidy and clean, and obeys the hygiene standard of the hotel.
始终保持厨房里所有设备干净整洁。
Ensures the work place is tidy and clean.
及时报告任何食品加工设备的故障。
Timely report any breakdown from food processing machines.

按要求出席所有的会议并对会议作出贡献。
Attends all meetings as requested and contributes to them.
确保随时能为员工提供服务，并按照部门营运手册的要求提供快捷、持续、礼貌且符合标准的服务。
Ensures service for employees at any time, and provide quick, continuous, polite and standard service according to the Department Operational Handbook.
始终提供礼貌、专业的服务。
Always provides polite and professional service.
保持对酒店产品知识、当前推广、政策改变的最新了解及保持高效的内部沟通。
Maintains the latest understanding of the hotel products, current promotions and policy changes whilst inter-communicating efficiently.
根据安排出席酒店及部门的培训，以提高技能和知识。
Attends trainings of the hotel and departments as required to gain skills and knowledge.
用礼貌、高效的方式来满足员工的要求, 如果没有立即解决的方式，则进行汇报。
To meet requirements from employees in a polite and efficient method, and to report if there is no immediate solution.
