We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as International Relationship Manager

In this role, you will

• Focus, acquire and grow international or internationally aspirant customers, with dedicated support from internal business partners
• Work with customers who require advice and support at both ends of the trade flow and who need a bank that can connect them to the opportunity
• Generate cross referrals among product teams, local and overseas IRMs as well as professional associations to develop solutions that meet customer needs, while managing the associated operational and credit risks
• Proactively share knowledge, experiences and best practices with other IRMs
• Keep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• University graduate with significant general banking experience and relevant experience in corporate credit and trade finance
• Strong credit assessment skills, particularly in more complex and structured facilities with an international dimension
• Solid experience in relationship management with good sales and client planning skills
• Demonstrate ability to identify and meet customers'needs through a broad range of international products and services with focus on trade, cash management, and foreign exchange solutions
• Good understanding of the international business environment, import/export trade cycle, operational funds flow, and foreign exchange market
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and interact with all levels of business customers
• Relevant professional qualification in investment and insurance sales is desired
