职位描述
1. According to department’s sales target, developing and implementing marketing program
2. Have good knowledge of international trade & company’s products, to provide great pre & after sales service for old & new clients
3. Focus on the trends of finance, industry information & international situation, doing well market research, providing work support for marketing strategies
4. Familiar with the culture differences for each country; could master clients’ needs; setting up clients’ files; great ability of developing and maintaining old & new customers
5. According to the stated procedures, preparing sales contract and others relevant documents, time tracking of the contract
6. Ability of dealing with enquiries, quotation, business negotiation, contract signing, receivables, dunning etc
7. Other tasks assigned by superior.
8. College graduate or above, major in international trade, English or other major related to foreign trade.
9. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in international trade, and familiar with the procedure of foreign trade and order management,Ones with the ability to handle complex foreign trade affairs are preferred.
10. Strong in business sense and negotiation skills, and business developing ability is required
11. Rich of enterprising and teamwork spirit, to work conscientiously and adjust oneself when facing pressure. Ones with stable mentality, and a clear career planning who willing to achive with the company is prefered
12. Fluent English is required, both in written and oral communication, also skillful use of office software is a “must”
13. Ones who have passport and drive license are preferred.
14. Ones who travelled on business overseas are welcomed
15. Two years or above working experience are preferred.

2、掌握国际贸易业务知识,熟悉公司产品,为新老客户提供优质售前及售后服务
3、注意金融信息、行业信息及国际形势变化,做好市场调研,为市场推广策略提供支持
4、了解文化差异,掌握客户需求,建立客户档案,积极开发和维护新老客户
5、按规定流程,拟定销售合同等相关文书,并及时掌握合同进度
6、负责客户询盘、报价、商务谈判、合同签订、收款、催款等工作
7、及时完成上级交办的其他任务
8、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、英语等外贸相关专业,或具有外贸从业经历的
9、至少1年以上外贸销售经验,熟悉外贸和订单管理流程,具备处理复杂外贸事务的能力
10、较强的商业意识及谈判技巧,开拓能力强。
11、有进取心和团队协作精神,工作认真,抗压性强,心态稳定,有良好的职业规划,愿意与公司一起成长。
12、优秀的英语书面及口头表达能力,熟练使用办公软件
13、有护照、驾照者优先考虑
