3.Familiar with SAP system and Kaizen,5S management;

熟练运用SAP，熟悉Kaizen管理和5S管理；

4.Good computer skills， especially with Microsoft Office for data analysis;

良好的计算机知识和应用能力，能熟练运用数理统计分析工具。

5.Good English both in oral and written;

良好的英语口语及写作能力。

6.5 years or above working experiences in manufacturing company with 3 years working experience in Moving line.

5年以上大中型外资制造业生产管理经验，3年以上产流水线管理经验,

7.Academy degree or above, especially in engineering field.

大专及以上学历，工程类专业；

Resposibilities

岗位职责

• Daily Moving Line Production Management：日常生产管理

1.base on company strategy and annual budget, to establish,organize and implement Moving Line long-term and short-term objective. Assist to build up and complete prodcution management system, monitor the system’s running process to assure the system is to be run well;

1.根据公司的战略目标和年度目标，制订、组织和实施装配流水线的远期和近期目标，协助建立并完善生产管理体系，监督管理运行过程，确保该体系的良好运行；

2.following production order to plan and organize Moving Line production, monitor and instruct each Moving Line’s daily prodution activities and assure all Moving lines runing smoothly. Adjust the production plan reasonbaly in line with the production order and other production factors, to assure the production task can be completed on time;

2.根据生产订单合理的计划和安排各装配流水线生产工作，监督和指导各装配流水线日常生产活动，确保装配流水线的正常运转；根据订单和其他各生产因素情况进行必要合理的生产计划调整，确保生产任务的按时完成；

3.following company product’s quality standards and goals, cooperate with other production dept.s and quality dept. to deal with and solve the quality problems;

3.贯彻并执行公司的质量方针和质量目标，并协助生产部门、质量部门等处理和解决质量投诉；

4.carry out company cost budgets, on the premise of improving productivity and quality, to effectively manage and reduce the production cost consecutively;

4.贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标，在确保提高产量、保证质量的前提下，有效管理和不断降低生产成本；

5.push and improve Moving Line 5S’ management and workshop safety management;

5.负责管理和落实装配流水线的5S工作推行及改善以及现场安全管理工作；

6.Relative data collecting of Moving Line and production report making;

6.负责落实装配流水线的相关数据统计工作及生产报告的制作；

7.SAP system daily management.

7.装配流水线SAP系统日常管理工作；

• Daily Moving Line Employees Management:日常人员管理：

1.Responsible for Moving Line employees’ recruitment, talent’s reserve, secession and performance management;

1.装配流水线人员的招聘、储备、配置与绩效考核管理工作;

2.Prepare Moving Line employees’ training plan and then monitor the completing status according to each position needs;

2.负责管理做好装配流水线员工培训计划并督导执行，确保他们不断适应岗位的需要；

3.Manage the Moving Line employees to assure the compliance of company policies and regulations;

3.管理装配流水线员工严格遵守和贯彻公司的各项规章制度和规定。
