【工作职责】

1） 负责全体员工的人事档案管理工作；

2） 负责新进员工试用期的跟踪考核，晋升提薪及转正合同的签订并形成相应档案资料；

3） 负责员工绩效考核资料的定期统计汇总，上报，并对绩效考核的方式方法提出意见和建议；

4） 负责草拟，解释公司的福利保险制度，组织办理入保手续，联络退保，理赔事务；

5） 进行招聘渠道的拓展、发布并及时更新公司网站招聘信息。

6） 按照各部门的招聘要求，进行简历筛选及初试人员的约邮和选拔工作；

7） 协助招聘主管进行员工招聘的面试，负责报到及解聘手续的办理，接待引领新进员工；

8） 负责员工技能培训方案，技能测评的督导与跟进；

9） 负责员工调查问卷的发放和收集，分析汇总调查结果，形成结论上报；

10） 协助领导编写、修改和推行实施各类人事规章制度；

11） 协助人事行政经理处理人事方面的其他工作；

12） 负责公司人事文件的呈转及发放；

13） 工作对人力资源部经理负责；

14） 部门领导交代的其它事宜。

【任职资格】

1） 大专及以上学历；人力资源相关专业。

2） 1年以上相关工作经验；

3） 了解人力资源的各个模块；

4） 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；

5） 良好的语言和文字表达能力，良好的沟通、协调能力。

6） 良好的执行力，善于观察分析。

7） 耐心细致，有责任心并具有保密意识。
