Job Title：Sales Administration AM / Manager
Responsible To：Operations Director

Responsibilities：
1.Assist Operations Director on day-to-day sales activities of the company are effectively supported and all sales logistics are processed timely and accurately
2.Assist in logistic arrangement between Hong Kong and China
3.Develop relationships and have proactive lines of communication with internal and external customers
4.Liaise with other functions for proper integration into sales and marketing needs
5.Develop and implement internal procedures for work processes controlling
6.Handle customer complaints on the spot of delivery & sales
7.Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports and relevant business plans

Requirements :
1.Degree holder in Business Administration or Operations Management
2.At least 5 years’ work experience in sales administration/operations in supervisory level of high-end watches/luxury brands
3.Excellent communication and presentation skills
4.Good organization skill, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and able to work independently
5.Analytical minded with strong business acumen
6.Able to manage multi-task duties
7.Master MS Office, SAP and other common applications
8.Excellent command of both English and Chinese
