Job Description:
Participate in development and implementation of sales and marketing plans;
Understand, achieve and surpass Trade's budget;
Maintain existing customers/businesses;
Develop new and potential customers and businesses;
Identify, monitor and analyze competitors and market trends;
Prepare sales and marketing reports;
Maintain and update GM in timely manner;
Cooperate effectively with Trades, overseas agents and internal departments.


Basic Requirements:
University graduate with CET 4 or above;
Min 5 years sales experience in shipping or logistics industry;
Solid industry knowledge of international and domestic shipping practice, experience with South Pacific Islands, Australia and New Zealand trades preferred;
Involvement and experience in both container and break-bulk transport, especially break-bulk transport;
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team spirit, willing to travel;
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Professional PC skills.
