岗位职责

1. 每班提前到岗，做好生产前的准备和设备点检工作：
2. 检查所领胶料、骨架是否与工艺规定相符
3. 首模生产样品用专用标识标识后放专用盒内，经工序检验员确认合格后方可投入生产；
4. 负责生产过程生产产品的自检工作
5. 学习掌握作业指导书规定的作业要求和操作规程，然后进行硫化作业；
6. 随时清理压机周围的飞边，将其放入废边箱内，保持良好的工作环境；
7. 工作结束,做好退模(含工艺)及剩余材料、骨架交接或退交工作（标识要清楚）；
8. 认真填写生产记录卡，不得错填、漏填、涂改
9. 积极参加岗位培训和班后小结会，配合班长开展好班组活动。

待遇：
公司提供吃住，工资每月15号发放，另有学徒补贴，高温补贴，夜班补贴等。

“Shanghai Tuosheng auto-parts company limited” is located in Jinshan district Shanghai city China.
We specializes in the development, manufacture, sales of rubber dampening parts of vehicle and other rubber products.
Now our company has become the main supplier of shanghai Volkswagen shanghai GM, SAIC motor etc. And we also supply various rubber products to some subordinate enterprise of SAIC. Furthermore we have exported some products to Europe , America, Japan, India and other foreign countries.
Our company possesses the word-class production and testing equipments. Form raw material purchasing to the product shipment , we have formulated careful operation rules and quality management system, according to requirement of TS16949:2009.
