Job Description:
Follow up sales lead in timely manner;
Cooperate effectively with Trades, overseas agents, clients and internal departments to ensure cargo is properly loaded;
Arrange suitable shipping route and schedule;
Prepare reports such as loading report, cargo list, outstanding etc;
Maintain and update tariff, special rates and customer information;
Assist sales team to maintain and business;
Assist sales department to maintain stable relationship with customers;
Act as indoor sales.

Basic Requirement：
University graduate with CET4 or above;
Min 3 years customer service experience with shipping company or forwarding company;
Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit;
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Professional PC skills.
