1、学历与专业：大专以上，应用化学、高分子材料、精细化工、轻化工程等化工相关专业。
2、销售经验：2年以上水性涂料树脂销售经验。
3、诚信，诚恳,个人品行良好，勤奋努力。
4、技术经验：熟悉本行业的技术发展趋势、市场前景，有一定的技术应用背景。
5、具备优秀的市场敏感性和新市场开拓能力，沟通能力强，注重团队合作。
6、熟悉简单的电脑操作，有一定的英文基础，能读，能写简单邮件。
7、能适应经常性出差。
