College degree with major in mechanics, electrics or relevant major;
专科以上学历,机电，机械相关专业.
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
1)Basic technical knowledge in mechanics or electronics;
机电相关知识.
2)Good written and oral English;
良好的英语书面及口头表达能力.
3)Computer literacy of MS office, Lotus Notes, etc;
熟悉电脑操作,熟练使用MS office Lotus Notes 等软件.
4)Target-oriented, active, honest, team-playing and with good interpersonal skills;
目标导向,积极,正直,合作精神,良好的人际关系处理技巧.
5)Be able to work under pressure;

岗位职责 Key Service

1)Develop new customers and set up solid relationship with new customers;
新客户开拓并与客户建立稳定的合作关系.
2)Collect customers’ information and needs as for better promoting products;
搜集客户信息，取得联系，推荐公司产品，了解客户需求.
3)Take initiative in tapping customers and reach the sales target set up by the company;
主动开拓，完成公司下达的任务指标.
4)Provide good service to customer for their enquiries, technical & commercial questions/requirements and complaints;
接受客户的技术及商业咨询,处理客户投诉，与客户建立并维护良好的或作关系.
5)Update the company in time of the latest market situation for related products
向公司提供所负责产品或区域内的最新市场信息.
6)Collect the payment back in time;
及时保证客户回款.
7)Evaluate, forecast and control sales cost to optimize the profit margin.
评估、预测和控制销售成本，是销售利润最大化.
8)Complete other tasks by the manager.
完成部门经理交待的其它任务.
