Job description:

1) Understanding of China or global customer technical requirements to optimize the production line.
Our high-innovated IT-product mainly focuses on Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Our product starts with a module oriented MDA & PDA Monitoring System until to a high performance MES.
2) Responsible for customer relationship, strong acquisition method, technical consulting, preparing of complete quotations and clarify the design of the whole factory to increase the productivity of the plants.
Software and Hardware Engineering to find the solutions to support our customer strategies with a fast Return of Invest (ROI) of our IT-Product.
3) Working in a high-motivated team to improve the projects and products.
4) Understanding the business functions and workflows of the productions projects, mainly for carmakers and automotive supplier customers.

5) Project Management for difference projects in the Shanghai office and on customer site in China and Asia.

6) Willingness to travel in Asia and to Europe

Job requirements hard skills knowledge and experiences:

1) At least 3-5 years business experience;
2) Bachelor degree in IT-production engineer related or Automation Systems
3) Project Management for IT-Production Systems or Automation projects

4) High motivated for Sales and Marketing, Customer Relations Ship, presentation with Microsoft Office products

5) Production IT-Level Structure (Level 0-4), MES, ERP, Automation Systems

6.) Good English skills (business fluent speaking and written) and preferable basic German

Job requirements soft skills basic knowledge:

1) IT-Systems of Microsoft Windows Server / UNIX architecture

2) Automation Systems, structure, architecture, Interfaces e.g. OPC etc.

3) Production workflows, preferable carmaker and automotive
4) MES, this knowledge will be additional trained in China and Germany.
