Industrial Design Associates International is a rapidly expanding Building Services Consultancy with offices in London, Moscow, Kiev, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai and Bangalore. As part of our expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region we are looking to employ staff in Shanghai to work on a wide number of projects.
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Ref: E-001)

Our Shanghai office is seeking a senior level engineer with at least 5+ years experience with an engineering consultancy experience. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong technical proficiency to undertake electrical services design, project management skills to oversee the testing and commissioning of building services and lead a team of junior engineers.

Relevant experience with data center facilities for the banking sector would therefore be a distinct advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

? Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
? Minimum 5+ years post graduate experience in the design of Electrical Building Services.
? Chartered (or working towards) with either IEE or CIBSE.
? Good work experience with Electrical distribution system, generator, UPS & STS equipment.
? Experience in leading a design team.
? Provide coaching to junior engineers.
? Financial management of projects including fee proposals and invoicing.
? Winning work through repeat business and developing relationships with new clients.
? Excellent written and spoken English and Putonghua language skills.


The successful candidate will become a senior member of the IDA International management team and will be participating in business development activities for our Shanghai office.

? 对配电系统，发电机，UPS和STS设备有丰富的工作经验；
? 具备领导和管理一个设计团队的经验；
? 能为初级工程师提供指导意见；
? 项目的财务管理，包括费用建议书和发票；
? 有能力通过对公司业务的介绍和发展新的客户关系来赢得项目；
? 精通英语和普通话，有良好的听说读写能力。
