Responsibilities:
1Input data into business systems (A/R invoices and collections)
2 Invoice Administrator including invoices printing, distribution, maintenance
3 Scan Invoices to Golden Tax System
4 Other assignments from supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 Work independently and work under pressure.
2 Responsible, proactive and have good professional ethic;
3 Open minded, detail and result oriented, good communication and team work;
4 BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance from and accredited institution; or AA or equivalent from 3-year College and 1 to 2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 Good command of English and Mandarin both verbally and in writing.
