HR Management:
1. Establish, coordinate, and enforce policies, procedures within the organization;
2. Provide current and prospective employees with information about job duties, pay, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
3. Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting employees;
4. Develop job description and plan for employee’s performance appraisal;
5. Participate in performance appraisal and punishment, such as offer, dismissal, termination, renewal, raise, job changes, compensation, warnings, etc.
6. Calculate employee salary with attendance/leave records, approve employee leave application.
7. Take care of Z visa, work permit and residence permit application for expatriates. Produce invitation letters.
8. Establish and maintain good relationships and engagement with hiring agency, and universities/colleges.
9. Act as representative for HR service to LVM and provide support for their operations in China.
10. Post and update articles or announcement on intranet;
11. Supervise the department works and formulate procedures.
12. Provide labor policies research and reference to MD when needed.
13. Translate documents when needed;
Admin Management:
1. Purchase office supplies by obtaining requirements; confirm price, quality, and delivery; approve invoices;
2. Develop and maintain good relations with customer, supplier, tenant, agent for better and fast functioning of organization and conclude contracts.
3. Plan, budget and organize the organizational events.
4. Search for warehouse, factory, apartment rent, car lease when needed.
5. Overview and monitor the monthly admin reports such as stationery, mobile phone bills, vehicle, recycling, flights, contact list, key use, etc.
6. Purchase international flight online for visitors, MD or employees.
7. Factory facility repairs and maintenance.
8. Various administrative support to Managing Director
Job Requirement:
1. Good English skill; good management ability;
2. Work as HR& Admin manager more than 5 years, and at least 3 years in manufacturer.
