EunaCon HR Solutions & Services Ltd. is an Executive Search firm based in Shanghai. As a member of EunaCon Consulting Group (www.eunacon.cn) we mainly serve European clients in the Chinese market.
Within the EunaCon Consulting Group, EunaCon Finance Solutions & Services Ltd. / EunaCon Certified Public Accountants provide finance services for small to medium sized FIE’s in China. Our clients include manufacturing, trading and service companies, in most cases with shareholders from the German speaking parts of Europe.
Our services include:
? Statutory year-end audit
? Due diligence and Business assurance as preparation for M&A or Joint Venture transactions
? Long-term cooperation with companies who have outsourced their accounting and controlling to us
? Regular consulting and supervision of the work of the in-house accountants of client companies
? Coordination of the financial reporting to shareholders / overseas management
? Tax consulting for VAT, business tax, corporate income tax and individual income tax issues
? Project based services such as feasibility studies, special audits and financial due diligence
As our business is expanding rapidly, we are now seeking a highly motivated
Senior Accounting Consultant
(Location: Pudong, Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
? Analyzing clients requirements and propose appropriate solutions
? Independently conduct research and liaison with government authorities with regard specific problems related to regulatory and legal requirements
? Act as project manager for clients
? Supervise the cashier, accounting, reporting and tax tasks for our own and the affiliated companies
? Supervise all kinds of fact finding and investigations in the finance area as requested by our clients
Requirements:
? Accounting Qualification Certificate (中级会计专业技术资格证) is a plus
? Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting or related fields, CPA (注册会计师) or CTA (注册税务师) is a plus
? Min. 5 years working experience in accounting, thereof at least 2 years in a senior position
? Working experience in a trading or manufacturing company is a plus
? Working experience in the financial consulting business is a plus
? Good understanding of Chinese GAAP and all Chinese Laws concerning tax and finance including Chinese Foreign Exchange Regulations
? Knowledge of Chinese laws and regulations concerning employee compensation
? Excellent command of spoken and written English
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
? Very good analytical & problem solving skills
? Hands-on, energetic and self-motivated, with a disciplined and professional approach to all tasks Responsibilities
? Team worker, willing to support colleagues and share information
? Occasional travel is required
