Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Prepares and analyses costs of operations
• Prepares journal entries, and maintains ledger accounts
• Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories and concepts.
• Limited knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Exhibits sound analytical skills and strong PC-based skills
• Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
• Work closely supervised. Follows specific, detailed instructions
• Support management of warehoused inventory.
• Coordinate the auditing work and year-end stock counts;
• Maintain and update cost information in Prism;
• Assisting on annual budget (Black Book and Green Book) preparation;
• Other ad-hoc requests.

Education & Experience

• University degree (bachelor) major in accounting/finance
• Manufacturing experience in management accounting roles (plant/manufacturing, business analysis, cost accounting)

• Highest level of integrity
• Knowledge of US GAAP and PRC accounting rules
• Broad based business acumen
• Strong computer skills (especially Excel and accounting systems)
• Cross-functional influencing skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines through organization and prioritization of work-load and multi-tasking
• Bilingual - Chinese and English

Desired Skills

• At least two years of MNC experience

• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally
• Leadership skills - able to lead projects across functions
• Time management skills. Must be able to handle multiple major tasks and still meet hard-stop deadlines
• Self starter - ability to plan ahead, think through the requirements and deliver the best answer
