5、完成上级交办的其它工作；

6、市场营销相关专业，本科以上学历，对建筑行业有所了解，5年以上营销工作经验；

7、有较强的信息搜索能力，协调能力强，行动力强；待人接物礼貌大方，有亲和力，品貌端正，女性优先。
