Job Responsibilities:
? Defines the organization’s social media strategy and brings compelling campaigns to its social channels.
? Participates in the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a social media presence that is consistent with company goals, as well as industry best practices.
? Carries out a variety of monitoring and analysis through social channels to gain customer insights and competitive intelligence.
? Coordinate and integrate cross-departmental social media initiatives.
Key Knowledge:
? Demonstrated success in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on social media initiatives.
? Understanding of social marketing and search marketing best practices and trends.
? Extensive familiarity with different social media channels, including but not limited to:QQ, Weibo, LinkedIn, Taobao ,etc.
? Direct, strong understanding of contemporary methodologies for social media tracking, aggregation, and analysis.
Key Competencies:
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment
? Being creative, think out of the box
? Good business insight. Strong conceptual thinking.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Driving, have find a way spirit to make things happen
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good influencing skills and a good team player

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of digital communications, marketing management or other related field.
? At least 5 years experience in marketing field and 2-3+ years experience in digital marketing.
