工作职责：
　　1. 负责Web网站的后端架构工作；平台级产品的架构设计；建立高性能易扩展的架构；
　　2. 负责系统功能开发及性能优化、改进；
　　3. 负责社交功能的需求设计；
　　4. 负责网站安全风险评估与分析，Web安全测试，能够发现安全漏洞并及时处理。

职位要求：
　　1. 拥有计算机相关专业学士或以上学位，如开发经验丰富亦可适当放宽；
　　2. 3年以上的网站开发经验，对互联网新技术及趋势有较强的敏感度；
　　3. 具有mysql的设计和开发经验；
　　4. 对用户体验、交互操作流程、及用户需求有深入理解；
　　5. 熟悉TCP/IP协议相关知识；
　　6. 有独立分析问题和解决问题的能力，工作认真细致，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
　　7. 熟练掌握java、xhtml、xml、xslt者优先；
　　8. 熟悉SEO优化的优先；熟悉门户型、社区型网站策划开发优先；
　　9. 熟悉WEB常见漏洞，了解原理、评估测试方法及解决方案优先。
