工作职责

1.负责根据公司发展战略，拟订采购规划草案，保证各种物资及时充足供应。

2.负责公司原材料和国外备件的采购

2.1.查看当前库存，决定采购额度；

2.2.制订物料及备件的采购计划；

2.3.管理物料及备件的采购订单，并报送财务经理、总经理决策；

2.4.随时跟踪掌握最新的物料价格变化，督促供应商不断降低价格以达到公司要求；

2.5.下达国内外采购订单，并对采购的物料及备件的到货时间和使用情况跟进。

3.负责原材料的前期开发

3.1.广泛收集新产品、新供应商的资料信息；

3.2.开发新的符合公司要求的供应商；

3.3.与供应商签订采购协议；

3.4.负责样品的索取和试用监督，并不断督促供应商，提出改进的要求和计划；

3.5.负责新供应商产品的现场认证。

4.负责采购工程项目的记录和管理。

5.负责公司采购程序、供应商与原材料认购程序、备件开发程序和供应商评估程序。

6.提出持续改进建议，帮助供应商优化工作流程及操作规范，提高工作效率。

7.完成总经理交办的其他工作。

任职资格

1.大学本科学历，工商管理，物流管理等相关专业优先；

2.至少5年以上相关工作经验，在相关行业至少3年同等职位相关经验；熟悉采购流程，供应商评价及管理

3.有制造企业工作背景优先考虑。

4.熟悉钣金加工，喷涂电镀，五金紧固件，常规机械加工；

5.具有较强的新供应商开发能力，熟悉采购的各项工作；

6.熟悉ERP系统

Position：Purchasing Manager/ Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

1. Make and implement purchasing strategy and plan to meet company trading and assembly business needs.

2. Drive localization and support local purchasing for assembly.

3. Source and support Inter-company products supply.

4. Select, evaluate and maintain the suppliers.

5. Optimize material planning process and improve efficiency.

6. Keep track of the material costing and quality standard to ensure good quality material supply with competitive price.

7. Follow-up on time delivery of materials.

8. Responsible for managing purchasing order documents and records, reporting timely.

Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Commercial, Logistics or related.

Familiar with sheet metal processing, spraying, electroplating, Hardware fasteners and conventional mechanical processing.

Over 5 years related working experience.

Experience in materials planning or supply chain is preferred.

Skills for MS-Office

Good writing and verbal skills in English and Chinese

Familiar with ERP
