Objective of job

• Report on daily status of daily sales issues. Seek for instructions
• Translations and technical specification support
• Coordinating technical related issues
• Ordering process and contract executing
• 1.Coordination on production and delivery follow up;
• 2. Coordination on after sales issues.
• 3.Coordination on contract execution in terms of payment, shipment, documents presentation, etc.
• 4.Customer relationship maintenance
• Coordinating After sales related issues and Spare parts related issues
• Coordinating Marketing Event, Technical Seminars

Qualification required

• Education
• University degree, strong command of English Language, PC Application and Communication skills.
• Experience
• At least 2 years working experience, International trade business.
• Specific Knowledge
• Capability of standing working load, knowledge about international trade preferred.

Task designation

• 1. Regional Sales Managers Supporting
• Translation and technical specification support and check.
• Production and delivery follow up
• Contract execution in terms of payment, shipment, documents.
• Business relative documents filing
• 2. Sales Adm.
• Executing and managing contracts and payment process
• Ordering Scrutiny
• 3. Coordination with homologation, after sales service / Spare parts
• Homologation requests
• Coordinating after sales dept. to help the customer solve the problem in time
• Coordinating Spare parts dept. to help the customer get them in time.
• 4. Coordination with Customers
• Apart from coordination with customers and business partner on task 1 above, provide the following supports to them
• Coordination on documents presentation for customs clearance, vehicle registration.
• Required information collection and report.

Established in September 2012 and headquartered in Beijing, Daimler Trucks and Buses (China) Ltd. (DTBC, previously known as Daimler Trucks China) is responsible for Daimler’s business operations of imported trucks, special trucks, and buses in China. Currently, Daimler sells Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor and Atego trucks, as well as special trucks such as the Unimog and Zetros in the Chinese market. In addition, DTBC is also actively developing the bus business for Daimler in China.
