Primary Responsibility基本职责

1. Plan, Organize, co-ordinate and follow up on all manufacturing activities

计划、 组织、协调 并且跟进与生产相关的各项工作

2. Drive operation and support groups to meet Quality / Daily Output / Delivery/ycle-time.

推动生产和其他相关支持部门达到 质量 / 产出 / 交货 / 生产周期 等的各项任务

3. Ensure line discipline compliance to operating/safety procedure/attendance

确保产线的生产纪律、安全、制程、考勤等 方面的管理

4. Work on improving production line activities and be involved in CIP activities

参与持续改进行动并且推动生产线改善和进步

5. Monitor and work on improving operation cost / spending

控制并改善生产成本并减少浪费

6. Prepare reports and report to the Manager on line issues

准备并完成相应的报告，提交给部门经理

7. Handle line management and control of direct/indirect materials reporters

生产及生产的原辅材料的管理和定期报告

8. Well know the produce of chemical

熟练掌握公司有关化学品管理规定

9. Well know the ERC program

熟练掌握化学品泄露/火灾应急预案

10. Understand the key point of the stage and well know how to control it.

清楚该岗位所产生的重要因素及其控制方法

11. Understand the requirement of MSDS

清楚相应MSDS要求

12. To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.

接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。

13. Commitment to safety, give priority to safety and take precaution to prevent accidents at work.

认真执行“安全第一、预防为主”的安全生产方针，自觉遵守各项安全生产制度和规定，做到不伤害自己、不伤害他人、不被他人伤害

14. Strictly adhere to safety rules and responsibility.

忠于职守，严格履行本岗位的安全责任

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求

1. Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration, Business Study, Science and Engineering.

企业管理、商业贸易、技术或工程学毕业。

2. Good Leadership, Communication & Inter-Personal skill

有良好的管理技能，沟通技巧和人际关系

3. Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment

能在压力下工作且能适应多变的工作环境

4. Self –Starter & Team Player

自发自觉的工作能力，能成为团队的一员。

5. Understand UTAC Environmental, Health & Safety Polity

了解环境方针内容情况

6. Basic knowledge of environmental.

了解环保基础知识.

7. Well know SPEC and SOP

了解相应文件要求

8. We prefer to promote assistant in Line.
