Requirements:

1)Strong ability to interview managers and analyse portfolio data across asset classes and mandate types; ability to clearly differentiate and distinguish manager investment philosophies, processes, and implementation; and to clearly communicate your decision-making logic

2)Strong capability to synthesize market information, capital markets research, analysis of manager universe data to develop and refine framework for evaluating managers

3)Participation in extensive training on Russell manager research techniques; ability to subsequently lead training for junior staff

4)Strong ability to manage manager research work process flow(meeting organization, management of research schedule)

5)Ability to effectively represent PingAn Russell's IM&R department and manager research process to external parties, including PingAn senior management

6)Ability and willingness to actively interact with PingAn Russell's portfolio management and capital markets teams on manager and market developments

7)Active participation in firm-wide investment decisions as a member of the Investment Strategy Committee
8)Given start-up nature of business, willingness to be flexible in work assignments
9)Heavy reliance on teamwork and open dialogue and communication

Qualifications:
1)Masters degree or above in finance-related field
2)CFA or related financial professional qualification
3)5+ years experience in onshore and offshore China manager research, including operational due diligence
4)Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese
5)Strong understanding of modern portfolio theory and investment principles
6)Strong understanding of Chinese A-share and fixed income markets, including history of active management
